About the role:
Talent acquisition is your passion. You thrive on building relationships with hiring managers and candidates and finding the best possible talent. Given your experience within TA, you are able to advise and guide the candidate and hiring teams through the process, using data and candidate feedback to ensure the process runs smoothly. You work proactively to identify candidates and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you have a drive for continual learning, both from a TA perspective, but also to better understand Colliers and our industry.
In this role, you will:
Support hiring needs across multiple LOB’s, primarily focused on the Western Region of the United States
Develop in depth relationships with hiring managers to understand the hiring and business needs
Source, interview, assess and present qualified talent for open roles
Use data to advise and guide the hiring process to ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders
Participate and contribute to TA projects
Work as part of a collaborative and support TA team
What you bring:
4+ years of experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition role
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday experience being preferred
Proven success in building relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to drive success hiring outcomes
Proven experience is sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed or other sourcing channels
Experience hiring in the US and Canada is preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to use data

Area/Location Specific: Vancouver, BC
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $66,203 to $85,000 CAD.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
