Job Description
Purpose:
The Program Specialist III, performs proposal duties for all TEES industry managed by SRS and all TEES internal proposals. The complete proposal preparation includes budget spreadsheets, compliance check lists, statement of work, cost sharing commitments, and IDC. Responsible for coordination, submission, reporting, and proposal tracking. Review all proposals submitted by SRS on behalf of TEES. Serve as TEES proposal representative on committees to streamline procedures (Operations, SRS, Maestro, and Partners/Regionals). Interprets policies, rules, and regulations, and ensures they are followed. Assists with updating training materials and delivering training sessions to Principal Investigators, department staff, and SRS. Perform all other duties as assigned.
