Job Description

The Digital Solutions Consultant will work with Digital Dexterity Champions, a group of 130+ individuals across R&D functions who are leading the way in digital dexterity mindsets and skills adoption, to advance the application of personal productivity AI agents and automation tools to streamline day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include problem scoping/analysis, solution delivery (i.e. design, development, testing and deployment), and training employees in the steps required for ongoing management and maintenance of the solutions aligned with Takeda’s policies and rules of use. 
 

How You Will Contribute:

  • Guiding/Enabling employees to create, customize, and safely use personal productivity agents in Takeda-approved GenAI tools that deliver measurable time savings, quality improvements, and better decision-making.

  • Translate day-to-day workflows into agent scenarios and guide users to the lowest-complexity path that meets needs and complies with defined governance.

  • Provide hands-on agent prototyping plus coaching and change enablement so employees can self-serve and sustain their personal agents.

  • Ensure compliance with Takeda’s AI Agent Governance & Intake and Rules of Use, including data limitations.

  • Document and maintain best practices as resource for employees; Capture and communicate success stories.

  • Quality by design: Apply content scoping, permissions, and grounding best practices; reinforce verification of AI outputs.
     

Job Requirements:

  • Experience building chatbots or agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or equivalent.

  • Experience with Power Platform to create custom applications, automate workflows, and extend agent skills responsibly (e.g., Power Automate approvals, human‑in‑the‑loop).

  • Experience with design thinking and business analysis skills such as planning, eliciting, communicating, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements. 

  • Ability to coach and guide non‑technical users on problem-solving framework to enable the design, build, and use of agents to improve day‑to‑day productivity.

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint permissions and content scoping for Agents; Ability to craft clear agent instructions and effective knowledge grounding.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; Practical change enablement with a focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Commitment to Responsible AI; compliance with Agent Governance & Intake and Rules of Use.

Co-op Eligibility 

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship  

  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later  

  • The co-op program is 6 months long from January to June  

  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week during co-op dates   

  • Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$21.00 - $46.00

The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship.  The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
