This position works out of our Warsaw, Poland location in the Talent Acquisition Operations Team.

As Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist you will manage recruitment programs, systems and tools (ATS, CRM, Digital Interviewing etc.) that drive functional excellence, streamline operations, and enable continual process improvement. With a sharp focus on data driven decision making. TA Operations Specialist will support the development and continuous improvement of TA processes, tools adoption and usage by TA team.
Project Management - Support (via leading or partnering) regional and global initiatives defined as per strategy, delivering desired results.
Partner with Regional TA leads on their area requirements for TA Operations, attend regional team meetings, provide regular updates on the project's progress, KPIs etc.
Support all new enhancements, integrations testing of tools used in Talent Acquisition, liaison with Recruiters and HR IT to ensure accurate updates and go-live.
Ensure all new recruiters are onboarded successfully into Talent Acquisition systems, tools, and properly trained.
Manage Global TA mailbox - day to day queries, issues raised by recruiters, 1st contact established with recruiters in 24 hrs, and work with HRIT, HRSC to get those resolved, if requires their intervention.
Collaborate with various HR departments for TA support. Learn new HR areas while resolving TA initiatives and issues.
Participate in Workday releases & testing of enhancements and new solutions. Liaison with Recruiters and HR IT to ensure accurate updates and go-live.
Graduate – Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
2-4 yrs. of work experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
Experience of managing, implementing CRM/ATS or new HR tools and technology
Good knowledge of Excel and exposure to Power BI, or other reporting tools preferred
Passion for technology, ability to learn new tools quickly, explore new functionalities for team’s success.
