Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the performance of the therapeutic area to exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets
Drive strategic growth plans and lifecycle management for current and future product portfolios
Oversee seamless cross-functional execution of pre-launch, launch, and growth brand strategies
Optimize sales force effectiveness and develop innovative commercial models for evolving markets
Translate global strategies into impactful local brand and launch plans
Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Access
Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, payors, and medical institutions
Ensure financial accountability, compliance, and operational excellence across all TA activities
Essential Requirements
University degree in science, business, or policy; MBA or doctoral degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, including regional and local leadership
Proven success in launching products and driving commercial performance
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and make strategic portfolio decisions
High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in complex environments
