Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance of the therapeutic area to exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets

  • Drive strategic growth plans and lifecycle management for current and future product portfolios

  • Oversee seamless cross-functional execution of pre-launch, launch, and growth brand strategies

  • Optimize sales force effectiveness and develop innovative commercial models for evolving markets

  • Translate global strategies into impactful local brand and launch plans

  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Access

  • Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, payors, and medical institutions

  • Ensure financial accountability, compliance, and operational excellence across all TA activities

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in science, business, or policy; MBA or doctoral degree preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, including regional and local leadership

  • Proven success in launching products and driving commercial performance

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and make strategic portfolio decisions

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in complex environments
