We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Executive (New Logo Hunting) to join our Sales organization in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-potential sales professional who is passionate about Customer Experience (CX), AI-driven solutions, and SaaS.
In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers within the German market, driving pipeline growth, and positioning Genesys as the strategic partner of choice for customer experience transformation. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to accelerate deal cycles and deliver outstanding business outcomes.
Identify, prospect, and engage new logo opportunities across the German market.
Develop and manage a healthy pipeline through disciplined territory planning and outreach.
Conduct effective discovery meetings to understand customer needs in CX, AI, and cloud transformation.
Present Genesys solutions and articulate our value proposition to technical and business stakeholders.
Support the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through proposal development and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and partners, to drive successful engagements.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
Represent Genesys as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in the marketplace.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or cloud technology.
Solid understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) landscape, contact center technologies, and AI-driven customer engagement.
Demonstrated experience in proactive outreach, cold acquisition, and new business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Native or near-native German language skills and fluent English (both written and spoken).
High motivation, curiosity, and a growth mindset with the desire to build a successful sales career at Genesys.
Previous experience selling CX, CCaaS, AI, or customer engagement technologies.
Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
