The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Enable team is seeking a highly motivated, creative problem-solver to serve as the OnePDL Sustainment Focal (Systems Integration Specialist) on the Demand & Supply Planning SPM/PDL (Service Parts Management/Planning Data Layer) team located in Hazelwood, MO.
The candidate will join a tools-and-process team responsible for the deployment, stabilization, and sustainment of the SPM/PDL solution across BGS Commercial, Defense, and Distribution. They will support the demand-forecasting and inventory-planning software, Service Parts Management (SPM), and a data-middleware application, OnePDL (Planning Data Layer).
This role will work daily with supply chain subject matter experts in demand forecasting and asset management, as well as with data scientists and IT support leads. The position will also act as a functional focal point, translating aftermarket spare-parts requirements into operational inventory data models and data integrations. Success in this role will be measured by reliable software performance and by delivering useful, actionable inventory-planning outcomes for business users.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Experienced Focal.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop inventory modeling solutions that satisfy service contract performance targets.
Functionally assess and resolve user tickets for SPM/PDL software bugs, enhancements, and integrations to source data systems such as SAP and GOLD.
Sustain and monitor deployed service contract models in SPM and OnePDL to ensure ongoing reliability and performance.
Analyze inbound data flows from source systems to identify data integrity/quality issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key supply chain and IT stakeholders to align technical and business objectives.
Document processes, system configurations, and data mappings to support governance and knowledge transfer.
Gather business requirements and coordinate change impacts to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
Partner with Boeing IT to secure and enable software, hardware and data integrations for business users.
Execute thorough software testing against acceptance criteria across CUT, SIT, and UAT environments.
Support project management tasks related to system integration and workflow activities.
Operate effectively within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) scrum team, contributing to sprint goals.
Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing urgent support tickets with longer-term development tasks.
Engage proactively with remote teammates via daily calls led by product owners and scrum masters to maintain alignment of multiple work efforts.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
1+ years of experience with database content management and database querying languages
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Word)
Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, engineering, finance, asset management, maintenance and support environments
Ability to travel 10%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
3+ years of experience working with database querying tools (SQL, Python, Toad)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Word)
Strong communication, problem-solving and data analytic skills
Previous experience working on software development / sustainment
Previous experience in Information Technology (Computer Science), Data Science, or Data Analytics
Training or experience with Scaled Agile Framework concept of operations

Summary Pay Range for Associate Level (Level 2): $76,500 - $103,500
Summary Pay Range Mid-Level (Level 3): $92,650 - $125,350
