How you’ll make an impact:

Involved in projects, tenders, base work. To grow with each task, enabling yourself to develop and take more and more responsibility. HVDC is a complex product, there is always more to learn.
Model and study the stability of HVDC system through simulations in PSCAD/EMTDC, PSSE, Power factory and design the controllers.
Handle the interface with other interfacing departments, ensuring that you understand their needs, and they yours, and to work for a good corporation for best end results together.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor's degree in engineering in EEE with 5+ years' experience or Master of Engineering - Power System with 3 to 8 years' experience or PhD - Power System with 1 to 5 years' experience.
Knowledge of Power Systems studies and modelling of electrical network /HVDC/FACT. Knowledge of Power Transmission Projects (EPC) along with PSSE, PSCAD, Matlab, Power Factory.
Extensive knowledge of Power Systems equipment and their purpose, such as Power Transformers, Capacitors, Reactors, Instrument Transformer and measuring equipment, Circuit Breakers, Disconnector, Surge Arrester etc.
Knowledge in selection, sizing and integration of above equipment based on customer functional specification. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
