Job Title: Seasonal Worker V - Seasonal Manager 

Location:  Lee's Summit, MO - Blue Springs Marina

Grade: 099NM

Salary: $18.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Supervising and training seasonal staff, minor repairs & maintenance, overseeing the marina rental procedures, assisting with retail sales and rental instruction, and other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Boat experience is preferred but not required - training will be provided upon hiring. 

***These are seasonal positions only. Successful applicants must provide their own transportation. Evening, weekend and holiday work will be required. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Valid Missouri driver’s license required.  Must pass pre-employment drug test/background check.
