About the role of Mini Bar Attendant

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, restocking, and maintenance of mini bars in guest rooms. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. The Mini Bar Attendant plays a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience by maintaining well-stocked and organized mini bars, ensuring all items are fresh and operational.

What you will do:

• Regularly replenish and maintain the mini bar inventory in guest rooms, ensuring a wide variety of snacks, beverages, and other items are available, fresh, and at the correct temperature.
• Track and document the usage of mini bar items, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering to meet guest demands.
• Respond to guest requests for specific mini bar items or special orders, delivering a personalized and high-quality service.
• Regularly inspect mini bar items to ensure they are not expired and that all products meet health and safety standards.
• Accurately record mini bar consumption and ensure charges are processed correctly through the hotel’s billing system. Report any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure mini bar requests are fulfilled promptly and guest expectations are met.

What you bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
• Previous experience as a Mini Bar Attendant or in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
• Ability to carry and lift mini bar stock, bend, and maneuver around guest rooms and facilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently.
