What you'll be doing
Schedule training sessions, including confirming dates with sponsors and coordinating training invitations for attendees
Manage registration lists and maintain accurate training records
Collect training materials for live training sessions, including software builds, devices, and presentation decks
Act as a virtual training room monitor: manage the meeting room, provide technical support for attendees, and triage questions in chat
Send surveys to training participants
Update training documentation, including KTRs, attendance lists, and survey results
Provide ad-hoc training‑related reports to clients
Manage tickets generated via Customer Care related to the learning management system
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a related field OR relevant experience in the clinical trial industry
1–2 years of experience in a corporate training role, help desk, or call center environment
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple timelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
Professional certifications in adult learning or project management are a plus but not required
