Are you passionate about supporting people with additional needs and helping them access safe, stable housing? Would you like to be part of a dynamic, growing organisation that’s committed to making a positive impact?
Our dedicated domestic abuse services in North Kent are seeking a Support Officer to join our friendly, forward-thinking team.
Your main responsibility would be to facilitate access for people with additional support needs and multiple disadvantages into Clarion’s Supported Housing services. Without additional support, these individuals may not be able to be accepted into our services.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individual who is interested in building a career working for one of Europe’s largest housing associations. Alongside providing general needs housing, Clarion also delivers support services to some of the most vulnerable people in society. While the role of Support Officer may be challenging at times, it is also extremely rewarding.
At Clarion, we recognise the importance of safeguarding vulnerable adults, and we expect our Support Officers to have a thorough understanding of the wider statutory and non-statutory services available to them. We’re committed to providing a safe and caring environment for our customers, and we hope you share our passion for making a difference in their lives.
As part of the Kent team, you’ll be working alongside your colleagues in either supported housing or outreach services. Your role as a Support Officer will be to deliver exceptional support services to our customers, and we appreciate the empathy and compassion it takes to do this job well.
We welcome applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences to enrich our team. If you feel you have the qualities we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
