Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!

As a member of the IT team, you will serve as the senior on-site technical escalation point, supporting complex incidents beyond first-line support. You will perform in-depth diagnostics, manage hardware lifecycle and IT assets, support local infrastructure, and contribute to technical improvement initiatives. A significant part of the role includes hands-on hardware preparation, onboarding support, and helping ensure a seamless end-user experience. This role focuses on advanced technical support, escalations, and responsibility for local infrastructure within a dynamic office environment. You may be a strong fit for this role if you are technically skilled, service-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable leading issues from root cause analysis through long-term resolution in collaboration with others.

As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better; with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

You’ll help us by…

  • Serving as the primary on-site escalation point (L2/L3) for complex technical issues.

  • Providing hands-on, personalized support to end users.

  • Responding to and resolving help desk requests via email, in person, or through a ticketing system.

  • Managing the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement support, configuration, tracking, audits, and decommissioning.

  • Performing advanced troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems (Windows and macOS), endpoint management, and collaboration tools.

  • Supporting and maintaining local office IT infrastructure, including network equipment, meeting rooms, printers, and AV systems.

  • Collaborating with global IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues and implement improvements.

  • Participating in and occasionally leading technical projects, such as office upgrades, infrastructure rollouts, and process automation initiatives.

  • Supporting office moves by coordinating the setup and relocation of equipment.

  • Assisting with recurring IT support tasks and contributing to improvements in IT support processes.

You’re awesome because you have…

  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written), sufficient to perform the responsibilities of the role (minimum B2 level or equivalent).

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support with exposure to L2/L3 responsibilities

  • Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in IT or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and software troubleshooting

  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching, wireless networking)

  • Ability to support hardware setup and relocation tasks (reasonable accommodations available).

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) is preferred

  • Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf, SCCM or similar)

  • Strong organizational skills and strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users

  • High level of customer service orientation and comfort working in a face-to-face office environment

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
