DESCRIPTION:
The Supply Chain Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide supply chain excellence by integrating governance, analytics, and operational leadership. This role bridges strategy and execution, supporting enterprise-level governance programs to ensure data integrity, visibility, and accountability across all divisions. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership, analytics, and site teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic alignment.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Governance & Performance Management
• Lead and execute governance cycles, from preparation to executive review.
• Facilitate Workstream, Steering Committee, and Executive Meetings, ensuring clear accountability and action tracking.
• Maintain performance dashboards and trackers to monitor progress, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Supply Chain Management KPIs and Metrics
• Implement and monitor E2E supply chain KPIs to drive performance improvements across manufacturing, planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Analyze KPI trends to identify areas for improvement, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Digital/Analytics) to ensure KPI alignment with business objectives and guarantee consistent measurement methodologies across the organization.
• Ensure governance of KPI calculation logic, data integrity, target alignment, and monthly reporting cadence, working closely with Divisions and Corporate.
Inventory Strategy & Health
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to balance cost efficiency and product availability.
• Identify and mitigate excess or obsolete inventory risks through proactive analysis and collaboration with Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
Analytics & Data Integrity
• Manage KPI governance across key metrics including Inventory Above/Below Entitlement, Slow-Moving Inventory, End-of-Life Inventory, Delivery, and Quality.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely, reliable business insights.
Project & Change Leadership
• Lead or support projects that deploy new tools, capabilities, and process improvements across the supply chain.
• Develop project charters, define deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a liaison between divisions, corporate governance, and analytics teams.
• Communicate insights and progress effectively to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance process efficiency and data visibility.
• Share best practices, support onboarding activities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably with a focus on inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Power BI, Excel, and data analysis tools (SQL, Alteryx).
• Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain KPIs, including OTTP, OTIF, Forecast Accuracy/Bias, inventory health metrics, E&O and operational performance indicators.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are advantageous.
• English proficient (advance) is required.
