RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the accurate and timely handling of customer shipping orders. In this position
- Maintain cGMP standards while coordinating logistics operations for our clinical trials and pharmaceutical services.
- Process shipping orders, prepare documentation according to country-specific requirements,
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with established procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, order processing or warehousing
- Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred
- Ability to efficiently process, track, and manage customer orders
- Experience handling import/export documentation and understanding customs clearance requirements
- Working knowledge of cGMP standards and related procedures
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient command of English language with basic numeracy skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and inventory control processes
- Commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized work areas
- Ability to work core business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with flexibility to accommodate additional hours when required
