Position Summary
As a Supply Chain Senior Analyst on the Reverse and Redistribution team, you will play a critical role in managing the end‑of‑life inventory strategy and execution across stores and distribution centers. This role owns the creation and governance of AMM events, item inactivations, and discontinuation flags supporting planogram resets, versioning, mid‑year changes, and special initiatives. Serving as a subject‑matter expert on AMM and disposition strategy, you will partner with Merchants, Inventory Planning, Store Operations, Logistics, and Vendors to drive cost‑effective inventory removal while minimizing financial risk and operational disruption.
The role is accountable for accurate and timely disposition decisions, proactive risk mitigation related to vendor billing and compliance, and providing analytical insights on write‑offs, margin impact, aged inventory, and withdrawal inquiries. Acting as a cross‑functional connector, this position ensures alignment and execution readiness across stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to influence across teams are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of professional working experience
1+ years of experience working with Supply Chain and Merchandising processes within a large, complex retail environment
1+ years of analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, with ability to interpret large complex datasets and identify risks or inconsistencies
Preferred Qualifications
Using SQL or similar querying tools to validate data, investigate execution issues, and support decision making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and multiple levels of the organization
Analytical and problem resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize work to accurately complete projects or assignments on schedule
Education
Bachelor's degree/relevant professional experience preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
