The Role and Impact: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain by owning a critical link within the process. As a Planning Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to drive optimization, integration, and execution of engineering and production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, and capacity requirements. Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to meet business and customer requirements, support new product launches, and ensure efficient factory operations. By leveraging data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvements, you will be instrumental in driving Intel's success and innovation in the supply chain domain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, integrate, and optimize engineering and production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, and capacity requirements. - Coordinate and communicate business and inventory strategies to meet organizational and customer needs in collaboration with cross-functional supply chain stakeholders. - Conduct scenario planning (what-if analysis) for engineering, product, processes, and inventory strategies to anticipate and resolve potential challenges. - Influence and recommend resolutions for supply chain issues using data-driven insights across key stakeholders and management levels. - Apply LEAN methodologies to drive continuous improvement in processes and projects. - Manage new product planning readiness, ensuring healthy sample supplies to support engineering activities and factory qualifications. - Coordinate engineering build plans, ensuring die, material, and capacity availability to meet sample demand. - Address line execution issues induced by planning to ensure smooth factory operations and minimize impact on product milestones. - Participate in factory recovery planning and communicate resolutions to stakeholders when performance deviations occur. - Monitor factory execution, ensuring production schedules are met and supporting factory recovery plans as needed. - Drive process capability enhancement and transactional activities for supply analysis while coordinating results with factories and stakeholders. - Support administrative functions such as tracking product reports, logistics tasks, and team organizational needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.

- Expertise in Python programming language.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data mining and data analytics.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, and presentation methods.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or materials management.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
- Business acumen and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills to drive collaboration across teams.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to Intel's mission and values while driving meaningful impact within the organization.
