As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Your role will focus on planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.
Lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Ensure alignment between demand planning, production scheduling, and customer requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to support business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations roles.
Strong experience in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
