As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Your role will focus on planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

About the Job:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

  • Ensure alignment between demand planning, production scheduling, and customer requirements.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to support business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.

  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations roles.

  • Strong experience in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
