The role of the Supply Chain Manager will be to form a strong, motivated team able to achieve ambitious goals of the department and the company. You will develop and implement a supply chain strategy to support and grow in the commercial and manufacturing sectors of S+N.
What will you be doing?
Manage processes aimed at complete compliance of regional practices and procedures in the supply chain.
Engage in planning and budgeting processes.
Manage inventory.
Develop and implement technological IT solutions in the field of Supply Chain.
Implement high standard processes in the areas of distribution, inventory control, planning, and warehouse stock optimization.
Adhere to and follow all company rules and procedures in the areas of quality, compliance, and regulatory activities in accordance with the company's global policies.
Be responsible for the processes of Planning and Forecasting, Distribution, Import, Customer Service, and Instruments Sets Management.
Cooperate with senior business partners
What will you need to be successful?
Proficiency in Russian and English
Higher education degree
Knowledge of lean manufacturing technologies and Six Sigma
10+ years of experience in supply chain management
Experience in developing plans, managing budgets, and predicting future trends
High proficiency in MS Excel
Outstanding analytical and Project management skills
Experience in change management
Strong people management and team building skills
