We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt Market's team on our journey to build our grocery vertical and dark stores all over the country. You will work closely with both local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.

You must be able to thrive in a startup environment and succeed in discovering clarity step by step and balancing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent, exceptional communication, and great stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Placing purchasing orders to ensure the best possible SKU availability.</point>
  • <point>Monitor order fulfillment and delivery performance; support supplier performance tracking..</point>
  • <point>Own the supplier onboarding process: collect data and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.</point>
  • <point>Manage SKU listing process, including product data collection, price list updates, and content management.</point>
  • <point>Manage invoicing related to inventory and growth tools: follow up on credit notes, issue invoices and track outstanding payments.</point>
  • <point>Ensure consistency of product content (images, descriptions); liaise with suppliers to collect information.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>Bachelor’s degree.</point>
  • <point>Nice to have: approximately 1 year of experience in any corporate position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.</point>
  • <point>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Romanian.</point> 
  • <point>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</point>
  • <point>Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work in multicultural environments.</point>
