Location:   Onsite in Bekasi

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Monitor and ensure inventory admin activities are in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Review the validity of the Daily Stock Balance Report generated from the system and take corrective action for stock issues.
  • Plan and schedule daily Cycle Count activities.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan and prepare Stock Take activities based on client needs.
  • Review the Replenishment Process in terms of SKU and location based on inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Perform stock reconciliation and follow up with customers or the operations team if stock discrepancies are found.
  • Create reports based on customer needs with the knowledge of the Inventory Manager and send them to the customer.
  • Evaluate inventory admin performance reviews and report them to the Inventory Manager.
  • Prepare Inventory KPI reports and submit them to the Inventory Manager and Operations Manager.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably within a 3PL logistics environment.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily operations.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate inventory activities such as cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with inventory KPIs and performance evaluation.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including operations and customer service.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving inventory discrepancies.
