Job Summary

Primarily responsible for local and remote teammate development. The Team Leader will supervise teammates, oversee projects, manage team productivity, review estimates, and motivate their assigned group. This role is a blend of hands-on work and management.

Essential Job Duties

  • Supervise the team in conducting estimates, photo reviews, and documentation using the standard review process developed by Caliber.
  • Hire, train, motivate, coach, and monitor the performance of the Central Review staff.
  • Complete Workday tasks for teammates (timekeeping, PTO requests, etc.).
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the team.
  • Help monitor team performance and report on key metrics.
  • Communicate findings to service advisors to enhance training and compliance efforts.
  • Plan and organize team-building activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and opportunities through report analysis and estimate review.
  • Enforce company standards for review processing.
  • Report and track findings/trends to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all Caliber safety rules, policy guidelines, and company standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure compliance and consistency for clients and the company.
  • Help foster communication and build stronger relationships with field partners and teammates.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a Review Desk role
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience as a Service Advisor
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the field’s policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships within the team and with other departments.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and cultivate a positive, productive work environment.
  • Capacity to motivate others and promote a fun, engaging workplace culture.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and make well-informed decisions efficiently.

Travel Requirements
Up to 25% travel may be required for this position.
