Job Description:
Supervisor/a de Producción
Objetivo del cargo
- Planificar y ejecutar, de forma integral y eficiente, las actividades de producción por frentes de obra, coordinando recursos, personal y subcontratos para cumplir plazos, costos y calidad, asegurando cumplimiento normativo y seguridad operacional, y promoviendo productividad y mejora continua en coordinación con ITO y áreas internas.
Responsabilidades clave
- Planificación de corto plazo: programa semanal/diario por frentes, alineado a maestro (MS Project/Primavera P6) con enfoque metódico y trazable.
- Aseguramiento de la calidad: controles preventivos/correctivos en hormigón, enfierraduras y moldajes según manuales MINVU (recepción, trazabilidad y ensayes).
- SST y normativa: aplicación rigurosa de D.S. 594, D.S. 40 y Ley 16.744 (inducciones, permisos, EPP, control de riesgos).
Funciones operativas
- Programar y asignar cuadrillas, equipos y materiales garantizando disponibilidad oportuna por frente. (Práctica sectorial.)
- Supervisión en terreno con validación de procedimientos y checklists antes/durante/después de cada actividad (SST/Calidad).
- Permisos de trabajo en alto riesgo (altura, izajes, espacios confinados) con controles exhaustivos (mediciones, ventilación, rescate).
Funciones específicas de Producción
- Secuenciación constructiva por ruta crítica y restricciones (logística, accesos, ventilación/iluminación).
- Control de rendimientos por ítem (m³, kg, m²), ajustando dotaciones y equipos.
- Inspección de calidad en recepción y actividades críticas (armado, encofrado, hormigonado/curado)
Funciones específicas del cargo
- Daily/briefings de producción con foco en seguridad, calidad y restricciones.
- Permisos de altura/izajes/espacios confinados: verificación de protocolos, mediciones y planes de rescate.
- Excavaciones/entibaciones: cumplimiento estricto NCh 349 (seguridad en excavaciones).
Requisitos
- Formación: Técnico/a en Construcción o Ingeniero/a Constructor/a (o afín).
- Herramientas: MS Project/Primavera P6 (WBS, ruta crítica, reprogramación, curva S) y Excel avanzado; deseable AutoCAD y ERP (SAP u otro).
- Certificaciones vigentes: Trabajo en Altura (Mutual/ACHS) y Espacios Confinados (ISP/Mutual); Primeros Auxilios/Emergencias deseable; Licencia B.
