Major Duties:
Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, interpreting and implementing housing policy, program management oversight and administration of housing activities for a government-owned, leased, rented and/or Public Private Venture (PPV) Family, Unaccompanied and Transient Housing. Developing and establishing directives, implementing principle guidelines for housing management activities, developing and managing business practices, initiatives and programs for a region of housing offices. Developing and defending budgets; preparing, maintaining and implementing budget and execution plans for a housing business entity AND supervising, managing and directing housing management related work of subordinate personnel at multiple locations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
