Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:
The Manager – Strategy & Planning will drive strategic initiatives & enterprise-level transformation initiatives at the Jhagadia manufacturing site. The role is accountable for project governance, financial value realization, operational excellence, cost leadership, reliability, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives that directly support business growth and margin improvement.
This role partners closely with Site Leadership Team to translate strategy into executable, value-generating actions.
Major Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives and align existing projects in line with business priorities using tools like SWOT and PESTEL.
•
Drive end-to-end strategic and transformation projects using PMP-aligned methodologies, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and milestone tracking.
•
Establish robust governance, tracking, and review frameworks for cost-saving, productivity, and capital projects, enabling transparent decision-making.
•
Conduct ROI calculations, project evaluations, and cost–benefit analyses to deliver margin improvement and cost excellence, ensuring sustained benefits realization.
•
Lead digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives, enabling smart manufacturing, automation, and data-driven solutions: good to have exposure to data engineering, data warehousing, and IT/OT integration.
•
Influence leadership team members on changes arising out of key project recommendations, with sound logic and supporting insights.
•
Support Site Director ANSC India on regularly benchmarking/analyzing competitive shifts impacting the performance and health of individual businesses. Also, support in identifying transformation initiatives and projects in India based on short and long-term business needs.
Education:
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering or related discipline Graduate
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industries.
