What We'll Bring:
The GCC Strategic and Planning Manager will serve as a key liaison between the Global Capability Center (GCC) and internal leadership teams, ensuring alignment on operating models, cultural context, and site capabilities. This role drives strategic engagement, operational excellence, and thought leadership by promoting the GCC internally, managing site-level dashboards, and coordinating initiatives. The position also involves preparing executive-level reporting and fostering external relationships with industry bodies, government, and academia to strengthen the GCC’s positioning.What You'll Bring:
Responsibilities
Promote the GCC internally to global leaders, providing clarity on operating models, country context, culture, and capabilities.
Advise global leaders on how to operationalize their teams within the GCC framework.
Manage site dashboards and collaborate with Data Analysts to define requirements and extract actionable insights.
Lead coordination of site initiatives across administrative and support teams.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports summarizing site performance and key metrics for global leadership.
Engage with external industry bodies, including government agencies and academic institutions, to build partnerships and enhance GCC visibility.
Skills and Competencies
Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and influence through storytelling and data-driven insights.
Metrics & Dashboarding: Solid understanding of metrics tracking and dashboard management.
Project Management Foundations: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive execution.
Reporting Expertise: Skilled in synthesizing complex, matrixed outputs into clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adjust to shifting priorities.
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or strategic engagement roles.
Proven experience in managing dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with GCC operating models and global business environments is a plus.
Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools.
Advanced English skills.
