Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement processes across categories, ensuring compliance, probity, and best value outcomes.

  • Lead integrated supplier relationship management programs, combining commercial performance, sustainability KPIs, and innovation tracking.

  • Engage directly with suppliers, contractors, and clients through site visits, negotiations, and key meetings.

  • Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with ANZ commitments, including ESG reporting and training.

  • Oversee vendor management, contract databases, and fleet administration.

  • Deliver continuous improvement through innovation, cost reduction, and strategic procurement solutions.

  • Use data analytics to identify cost‑saving opportunities and sustainability gaps, enabling smarter decisions.

  • Champion cross‑functional governance and capability building across commercial, procurement, and sustainability teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within facilities management.

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with proven ability to influence outcomes.

  • Proven ability to align procurement strategies with commercial objectives.

  • Experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and procurement strategy development.

  • Tertiary qualification in business or related field preferred.

  • Hands‑on, proactive approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Collaborative, preferring face‑to‑face engagement to build strong relationships.

  • Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
