Stocker – 3rd Shift | $19/hr Starting Pay

We are seeking a reliable Stocker to join our team on 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM). This role ensures shelves are stocked and organized overnight, preparing the store for the next day. If you enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you!

This job is eligible for same day offers as part of our Direct Hire program.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19/hr
• Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hr for 3rd Shift
• Schedule: 11 PM – 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Unload, organize, and stock merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe for customers.
• Assist with backroom organization and product rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service when approached for assistance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $28.84

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
