Under the direct guidance of the assigned General Manager, the Station Operations & Guest Services Supervisor position will be responsible for all station administrative, operational, and personnel management duties including but not limited to meeting all assigned KPI metrics, providing supervisory guidance to a team of frontline guest service agents, handing of irregular operational events, and ensuring the security and handling of company aircraft. They are responsible for Airport training, audits, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor provides leadership and technical support to Airport Team Members and Business Partners. They foster growth and development based on the Breeze values, while providing excellent guest service.
