ABOUT THE ROLE
As Trustly’s Staff Product Manager for our next-generation consumer product (GoConsumer), you will define and drive the vision for a financial experience powered by intelligent automation, personalised coaching, and rewarding engagement systems. This role blends product strategy, AI-driven personalisation, behavioural design, and hands-on execution with engineering.
You will own the evolution of our AI financial coach and our gamified engagement layer—two core pillars of how we help everyday earners improve their financial health and reduce their anxiety. Your work will shape how users interact with their money, build habits, and stay engaged over time.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, behavioural scientists, designers, product marketers, and leadership. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll translate deep technical capabilities (open banking, data pipelines, ML models, LLMs) into intuitive, emotionally resonant user experiences that drive meaningful outcomes.
