ABOUT THE ROLE
As Trustly’s Staff Product Designer for our next-generation consumer product (GoConsumer), you will shape how users build better financial habits through a mix of AI-driven coaching, behavioural psychology, and game design. You will design not only screens, but systems — the narrative arcs, conversational flows, motivational loops, and interaction patterns that make money feel understandable, supportive, and even enjoyable.
This is a hybrid role across UX, conversational design, gamification systems, and financial behaviour design, working hand-in-hand with a Product Manager who owns the same areas.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, ML teams, behavioural scientists, researchers, and Product Marketing Manager. You will turn Trustly’s deep data and open banking capabilities into delightful, trustworthy, emotionally resonant experiences that help people take control of their financial lives.
