Own the delivery of critical software initiatives, guiding teams through ambiguity and ensuring high-quality execution.
Mentor senior engineers and staff-level contributors, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead design reviews and architecture forums, setting standards and driving adoption of best practices across the organization.
Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks, and guide their adoption to improve developer productivity, system performance, and customer experience.
Champion engineering excellence through rigorous testing, automation, observability, and operational maturity.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of professional software development experience, including deep expertise in full stack development.
5+ years of experience architecting and building scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering efforts and delivering complex software systems at scale.
Strong experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering culture and practices.
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience driving architectural decisions across multiple teams or product lines.
Deep understanding of big data systems, analytics platforms, containerized microservices, serverless functions, and event-driven architectures.
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and customers to shape product and technical strategy.
Expertise in building and scaling production systems with high availability, performance, and security requirements.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate technical vision and influence stakeholders.
Experience leading Agile development processes and driving engineering execution across multiple teams.
Recognized as a technical thought leader within the organization or industry.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
