The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. As a Sr. Staff Program Manager in Supply Chain Excellence team, you will shape the systems-enabled programs, processes, and cross‑functional structures that strengthen supply assurance, inventory performance, planning maturity, and digital enablement across our global network. You will operate at the intersection of business process leadership, systems fluency, and program execution, translating end-to-end supply chain requirements into well-integrated solutions while driving execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

Where you come in:

  • Translate business objectives into a clear, actionable supply chain transformation roadmap, defining problem statements, target states, and value hypotheses for enterprise initiatives.

  • Lead complex, cross‑functional program execution with structured governance, milestone discipline, and strong decision‑making across Planning, Procurement, Operations, Quality/RA, Finance, and IT.

  • Design future‑state, system‑enabled supply chain processes and operating models that improve planning accuracy, supplier collaboration, fulfillment logic, inventory strategy, and product lifecycle execution.

  • Lead complex enterprise system implementations across the supply chain, owning requirements, integration design, execution, and stabilization to ensure business needs are translated into scalable, supportable solutions across ERP and connected planning platforms.

  • Lead requirements management end‑to‑end, including elicitation, analysis, validation, traceability, prioritization, and controlled change, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Apply deep systems and process knowledge to identify dependencies, constraints, and integration points across planning, procurement, and fulfillment domains.

  • Establish KPIs, value‑realization frameworks, and operational/financial impact models to ensure programs deliver measurable, sustained business outcomes.

  • Drive adoption and risk management, aligning SOPs, change management, training, and compliance while mitigating risks tied to data quality, regulatory requirements, and interdependent global processes

What makes you successful:

  • Demonstrated experience transforming complex, global, system‑enabled supply chain processes and operating models.

  • Proven experience leading enterprise system implementations within supply chain environments, spanning requirements definition, integration, execution, and stabilization phases.

  • Strong background in systems thinking and requirements management, with the ability to connect business objectives to system behavior and downstream impacts.

  • Hands‑on experience or strong working knowledge of large‑scale enterprise platforms such as Oracle ERP, E2Open, Anaplan, or equivalent supply chain and planning systems.

  • Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of complex programs spanning business process, data, and system change.

  • Ability to operate effectively at a Sr. Staff level, influencing without authority, shaping direction, and leading through ambiguity.
