To support warehouse operations through accurate receiving, picking, packing, labelling, and basic automation-related activities while complying with SOP, GDP and HSE requirements.
- Execute accurate warehouse receiving activities in accordance with delivery orders and system records.
- Perform picking and packing for outbound shipments to meet operational targets.
- Carry out marking and labelling of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Conduct stock takes and supports inventory accuracy.
- Manage and maintain operational documents, data, and reports using Excel or PowerPoint.
- Apply effective communication skills when performing workplace tasks and daily operations.
- Respond appropriately to customer and stakeholder requests and enquiries, including urgent orders or replacement activities related to warehouse operations.
- Produce basic business documents using software tools (Veeva, SAP).
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information on products and services to relevant parties.
- Coordinate assigned warehouse‑related activities and tasks.
- Develop technical expertise in operating Auto Repacking Machines.
- Operate and support Downstream Labelling Machines.
- Support basic warehouse automation and tray folding operations.
