Summary Section:

Candidate will be part of Information Management Team involved in E3D Activities in Supporting the Project Execution.

Responsibilities:

• E3D Project Administration – Creating Global Setup (Satellite and Hub)

• Manage E3D user access

• Manage Project MDB’s

• Monitor and maintain AVEVA global processes and daemons

• Catalogue and Specification Creation in AVEVA (Piping, Structural, Electrical and Insrumentation), UDA, UDET and Properties Creation.

• Work with Discipline CAD Coordinators to ensure that all naming conventions and procedures are followed

• Assist with setup of E3D DRAW for all Discipline Drawing Activities (including ADP/ABA), (Administration of Sheet Library, Symbol Library, Isodraft symbol Library, Label Library, Style Library, Rules Library, Representation Library, Tag rule library etc.)

• Set-up ISODRAFT module (Iso option file) for generating isometrics as per company and client standards/procedures. Resolve and trouble shoot isometric errors.

• Setup AVEVA Clash Manager

• Assist the designers with clash check reporting

• Daily Navis file creation as per discipline requirement

• Coordinate and generate Project Model Review sessions at different Milestones (30%, 60% and 90%) as per client specification

• Daily routine E3D Admin work (Expunge, DICE, Map build, Clash runs, etc.)

• Troubleshoot all modules of E3D including Isometric and Drafting.

• Knowledge of the AVEVA programming language (PML) .NET and SQL will be an added advantage.

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years of experience

• 7-10 years’ experience in oil & gas industry as an E3D Admin in Information Management or in Piping discipline

• Deployment of Necessary Engineering Tools/Systems to Engineering Team for Execution of projects with the help of IT Support
