Sr. ServiceNow Developer (Health & Safety module experience preferred)
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite- 5 Days a week)
We are currently seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with Health &Safety module experience (preferred) to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about data and eager to contribute to innovative projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and ITAM Modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers, specific knowledge of LDAP\Active Directory integration.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.
- Proactively monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries, reports, and background scripts.
Script execution efficiency, query performance tuning, background script optimization, report/dashboard performance. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, AD, SSO, SAML, OAuth).
- Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook and Advanced Workflows.
- Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.CI/DC processes
- Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Previous professional experience working as a developer or consultant in a railroad, heavy industry, transportation, or logistics environment is a significant plus.
- Certifications:(Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA)
- Experience in: Customer Service Management and\or Field service management and\or ServiceNow Health and\or Safety or workplace safety Module
- GOOD TO HAVE DATA ANALYTICS (TABLEAU, Snowflake), ITOM MODULES
The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 to 128,246 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
