ABOUT THE POSITION
As Columbia Sportswear’s Senior O2C EDI Software Analyst, you will collaborate on production support and project initiatives. You will design, implement and support EDI capabilities across Columbia’s supply chain network, including customers and logistic partners. You will use your expertise in EDI standards and business processes to ensure reliable data flow that supports the entire order to cash process.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Work with business users to gather business requirements and develop system solutions
- Onboard new trading partners including requirements gathering, map specifications, testing and deployment while working with our EDI managed service provider, OpenText
- Coordinate with external trading partners on managing changes and resolving issues
- Monitor SAP idoc failures and coordinate with O2C analysts on troubleshooting and resolution
- Work to improve EDI capabilities like monitoring, alerting, and automation

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on EDI experience
- Strong experience with EDI mapping and configuration
- Experience with customer/trading partner onboarding
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain business processes
- Experience working with EDI platforms, translators, or managed service providers like OpenText
