The Business Analytics team serves as Tinder’s central analytics hub, connecting marketing, product, finance, and experimentation insights to create a clear understanding of business performance.
Our mission is to turn distributed data signals into cohesive, actionable narratives that help leadership understand what is happening across the business and why.
The team operates across three core functions:
Insights & Performance (Regional Analysts): Own regional business performance insights and stakeholder partnerships.
Measurement & Experimentation (Data Scientists): Provide advanced analytics, causal measurement, and experimentation guidance and interpretation.
Strategy & Operations: Maintain reporting infrastructure, metric governance, and scalable analytics processes.
