Sr Program Manager, Performance Media

As Senior Program Manager, Performance Media, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing across Paid Search & Shopping, Programmatic Display & Video, and Paid Social. Your work directly drives incremental sales across both eCommerce and stores—connecting media investment to real business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and customer behavior, shaping how we reach and convert customers across the full digital journey.

Your Day Consists Of

  • Leading strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of SEM, Shopping, Programmatic Display/Video, and Paid Social campaigns in partnership with internal teams and agency partners
  • Developing integrated media plans and ensuring strong, consistent execution across channels.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and delivering clear insights, forecasts, and optimization recommendations tied to business goals
  • Running A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve performance, efficiency, and ROI
  • Measuring performance against KPIs across both online and in-store sales, adjusting spend and strategy accordingly
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, creative, CRM, eCommerce, IT, merchandising, analytics, and regional marketing teams to align media strategy with broader initiatives

You’ll Be Successful With

  • 5–7 years of digital media or agency experience with strong exposure to performance marketing channels
  • Hands-on expertise across platforms including Google Ads (Search/Shopping), DV360, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other programmatic or paid social channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, attribution models, and performance data to guide decisions
  • Experience using tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, and marketing mix modeling (IPSOS MMM or similar)
  • A track record of improving ROI through full-funnel performance marketing strategies
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Work Environment / Physical Expectations

  • Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.
  • Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
