Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective, trusting and collaborative relationships with key clients in projects and initiatives.
Client focus within Financial Services will be centered on Financial Markets participants such as: Wholesale Capital Markets, Corporate Cash Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Treasury Trading, Commodities Trading, and Digital Assets.
Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends to support client delivery and contribute to insights that inform engagement planning.
Supporting Business Development: Assist team members in preparing project proposals, points of view (PoVs), resource plans, and project estimations for client engagements, supporting integration across lines of services and global capabilities as needed.
Client Engagement Delivery: Support the execution of client engagements by assisting with project workstreams, communicating findings clearly, conducting research and synthesizing data into useful outputs, and building familiarity with the client's business and technology strategy through research, interviews, and hypothesis testing.
Innovation and Efficiency: Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support the implementation of innovative practices across projects and environments.
Team Collaboration: Share knowledge with colleagues, assist with onboarding, and participate in recruitment activities to strengthen the team's delivery capacity.

Understanding of financial services functions & segments including Wholesale Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Treasury Cash Management & Trading, Commodities Trading, or Digital Assets.
Self-motivated with a passion for client work and teamwork, and an ability to multitask and manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site.
Understanding how complex, large-scale transformation programs are managed is considered an asset.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with technology capabilities and key vendor landscapes relevant to the above client segments.
Understanding of the development of technology strategies and roadmaps, including familiarity with various frameworks and methodologies, to support the delivery of as-is, future state and transformed services is considered an asset.

The salary range for this position is $58,400 - $97,500. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
