What You Will Do:
- Supply Chain professional who is the primary liaison between Program, Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance and the Procurement organization
- Owns internal relationships, providing strategic supply analysis needed to reduce and mitigate Manufacturing Flow Inhibitors
- Reviews escalated mismatches and ensured the appropriate level of support is in place for items driving impacts to the business
- Reviews and approves Change Orders for the programs they support and assists with part changes in a redesign issue
- Coordinates short lead time simulation requests sent to Procurement to review customer requests to support demand requirements within the total replenishment lead time
- Supports Plan for Every Part strategic reviews of product line performance with a cross-functional team to determine buffer and risk mitigation strategies
- Identifies upcoming risks and coordinates actions to mitigate and prevent major disruptions
- PDV support focal to coordinate with Procurement for supplier communication, Manufacturing to originate waiver request, Engineering and Quality Assurance for review and disposition
- Performs quarterly inventory disposal review of all parts that are 100% reserved and coordinates with the affected Program to determine disposition
- Supply Chain representative supporting Program on BEST team meetings, Output review meetings, Change Control Boards and SIOP report outs
- Loads and manages Independent Demand to drive advanced and/or strategic actions in anticipation of upcoming changes
- Established and productive professional contributor
- Has theoretical to advanced knowledge of the work area
- Problems faced are difficult and may be complex
- Works autonomously with limited supervision
- Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree in in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- 90% English level - Proficiency and fluency in English skills
- Problem solving skills
- Visa and travel availability
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications We Preferred:
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain roles
- ERP experience
- Preferable advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
