Responsibilities

·       Lead the PAS‑X lifecycle (analysis, design, build, testing, validation, deployment, and sustainment).

·       Map processes (AS‑IS/TO‑BE) and translate requirements into MES models (eBR/eDHR, recipes, material specs, equipment, parameters).

·       Build and maintain PAS‑X artifacts:

o   GMBR/PMBR with version control and block reuse.

o   PVL/PLL and element libraries (units, equipment, materials, IPC).

o   CIX/Integration configurations (ERP/LIMS/shopfloor) and data mapping.

o   Workflows, rules, checks, sampling, deviations, and electronic signatures (RbE).

o   Weighing/Dispensing, Execution, Review‑by‑Exception, and Release templates.

o   Yield: Monitor the percentage of defect‑free products to meet quality standards.

o   Cycle Time: Assess time to complete a production cycle to optimize processes.

o   Resource Utilization: Evaluate machine and labor utilization to maximize efficiency.

o   Inventory Turnover: Measure speed of converting raw materials into finished goods for effective inventory management.

o   Scrap Rate: Track the percentage of discarded materials to minimize waste.

o   Building GMBR/PMBR, PVL/PLL, and libraries in PAS‑X.

o   Configuring MBR/eBR (Dispensing, Execution, Review by Exception).

o   MES–SAP ECC integrations (S/4HANA desirable): PP‑PI (process orders, PI sheets/similar), QM (results/postings), MM/WM/EWM (materials, batches, movements), and common interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, PI/PO or CPI).

o   CSV/GAMP 5 (URS/FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ, evidence and audit trails). Differential.
