Job Description:
Copia is seeking a Director, Structured Finance to lead complex energy project finance transactions and support the company’s continued growth as a leader in energy finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring and executing transactions that raise billions of dollars in innovative third-party capital annually to bring clean energy projects to the grid. This role requires deep experience in renewable energy project finance, strong financial modeling capabilities, exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset aligned with a people-first culture.
The Director, Structured Finance, will report directly to the Managing Director, Capital Markets, working closely with the Structured Finance and Portfolio Finance team members. As well as Copia’s asset management, energy markets, legal, and finance teams.
