Job Title: Senior Analyst FP&A, Procurement & Capital
Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support our Procurement Operating Spend and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) functions. This role will partner closely with various leaders of Global Procurement to provide financial insights, manage budgets, and drive cost optimization across sourcing and report on capital investment initiatives across operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, forecasting, and experience supporting procurement and capital planning in a manufacturing or asset-intensive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Finance Support
Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement teams to analyze supplier spend, cost savings initiatives, and contract performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track procurement KPIs (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance, category spend).
Support vendor negotiations with financial models and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
Monitor and report on purchase price variances (PPV) and material cost trends.
Support CBOM sourcing initiatives and setting up alternative regional CBOMs.
Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) Support
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to evaluate and prioritize capital investment proposals.
Review ROI analysis for capital projects, including NPV, IRR, and payback period.
Track and report capital spending against budget, highlighting variances and risks.
Ensure compliance with capital approval policies and support the capital appropriation request (CAR) process.
Cash Flow Forecasting & Management
Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts related to capital projects and procurement activities to include multi-year planning as well as quarterly for next 24 months.
Partner with Treasury and FP&A teams to align CAPEX cash flow projections with broader liquidity planning.
Monitor actual cash outflows versus forecast, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
Identify timing risks and opportunities in capital deployment to optimize working capital and funding strategies.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for procurement and capital spending.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and capital efficiency.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or capital-intensive environment.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, CapEx planning, and financial modeling.
Experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems (e.g., SAP, SAC, Power BI, Oracle, Hyperion).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience supporting capital projects, vendor negotiations, or strategic sourcing initiatives.
Familiarity with project accounting, fixed asset management, and treasury collaboration.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $82,725.00 - $124,087.50 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
