Overall Purpose
The Sr. Director, Product Marketing - Digital Assets leads product marketing strategy and execution for Early Warning’s cross-border and digital asset enabled payment solutions, driving awareness, adoption, and trust among financial institutions and network participants. While working cross-functionally across product management, business development, corporate marketing, and sales, they will define product positioning, create compelling content, execute on go-to-market strategies, and drive product usage.
Essential Functions
Creates and owns the product marketing strategy and execution.
Creates and co-owns (with growth & acquisition team) the partner marketing strategy for the assigned EWS product or service.
Define and execute product positioning and messaging for cross-border payments and stablecoin enabled capabilities, translating complex technology into clear, compliant value propositions.
Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate Communications to ensure regulatory-aligned messaging for digital asset and cross-border use cases.
Lead go-to-market strategies supporting global payments expansion, including partner toolkits, enablement materials, and adoption programs for financial institutions.
Leads strategy and ongoing updates to data driven marketing plans and toolkits (e.g. year one plan, templates, etc.) for Financial Institutions to drive awareness and usage.
Defines and develops new and innovative marketing strategies and programs in response to business challenges.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including marketing teams, legal, finance, and sales.
Aligns with product development lifecycle (PDLC) processes.
Defines and manages the co-marketing budget to optimize program impact and results across partners.
Acts as key marketing liaison, including working with partners to coordinate market research, public relations, social media, and marketing plans.
Works closely with partners and Early Warning’s brand strategy team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Leads development of performance and tracking reports for partner marketing usage programs, consolidating information and providing end-to-end metrics visibility.
Partners across the company to align corporate marketing, product management, sales, and brand marketing.
Provides effective leadership in developing highly engaged, high performance teams.
Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience.
15 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience leading product marketing for payments, cross-border money movement, digital assets, or other regulated financial services products.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, highly regulated technologies into clear, compliant value propositions for financial institutions and partners.
Demonstrated success or ability to retain highly engaged, high performing teams.
Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Ability to engage with and influence at a senior level with strong executive presence.
Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go to market strategies for partnership.
High level of personal and professional integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.

Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a master's degree business or equivalent in a related field
Experience marketing global payments, digital asset enabled platforms, or stablecoin related solutions within regulated environments.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations impacting messaging for cross-border payments and digital asset use cases.
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $188,000 - $235,000.
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $226,000 - $282,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
