Your responsibility

• Ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of K8S nodes and microservices to maintain a high SLA for SaaS.
• Automate and streamline release cycles and operational processes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders on requirements, cross-team integration, and complex troubleshooting.
• Drive full-cycle feature delivery, taking ownership from planning and design through to deployment and operation.
• Proactively leverage AI tools to explore innovative solutions that enhance stability, reduce costs, and minimize manual effort, driving measurable improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

MUST Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent working experience
• Experience in Kubernetes (e.g. EKS, AKS, GKE or On-premises)
• At least 2+ years of infra/backend development, testing, and operation experience on AWS
• Experience in leveraging AI tools within daily DevOps/Infra operation (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenClaw, OpenFang, etc.)
• Experience in at least one of following language (Go, Python, bash, Shell Script)

Experienced in one or more of following skill is a plus:

• Linux environment (Operation, etc.)
• CI/CD (GitHub Action, Pipeline design, Argo, etc.)
• IaC (Terraform, HELM, etc.)
• Observability systems (Loki, Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Trace, etc.)
• AWS (RDS, Route53, CloudWatch, MSK, etc.)
• Service Mesh (Istio)
• Network (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)
• Data Engineering (Spark, Trino, etc.)
• Any side project or home lab related to above
