What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for an Integrations & Data Migration Senior Analyst to join our India Team!

The Integrations & Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing integration and migration solutions. Working closely with our client partners, you’ll develop relationships with key technical resources while building tangible business value. Continuous client education and enablement throughout various deployment phases are what make Spaulding Ridge a leading firm during sales selection processes.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Support Salesforce-focused data migration workstreams, including:
    • Source-to-target mapping and transformation logic
    • Data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
    • Loads into Salesforce using tools such as DBAmp (SQL Server ↔ Salesforce) and/or middleware tools
  • Design and build integrations between platforms such as Anaplan, Workday, Salesforce, and a variety of cloud-based or on-premise business systems.
  • Build mock Proofs of Concept (POCs) for integration and migration approaches for potential clients.
  • Work with integration and data movement technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Jitterbit, Workato, Informatica, and other key offerings.
  • Assist with integration patterns and API-based connectivity, including experience with REST/SOAP, authentication concepts, and error handling/retry strategies.
  • Identify data/integration issues and structural problems, and generate actionable recommendations using standard methodologies.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectives, translating them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to data platform and analytics enablement by supporting pipelines into or out of Snowflake (basic understanding of loading concepts, staging, and data modeling fundamentals is a plus).

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience (integration, data engineering, or enterprise application delivery)
  • Experience with data migrations, ideally on Salesforce projects, including data validation and reconciliation
  • Strong experience in Application Integration Architecture, solution design, and development using SOAP and REST
  • Familiarity with data movement / ETL / ELT concepts (batch vs. near-real-time, scheduling, monitoring, logging)
  • Exposure to or experience with DBAmp and/or middleware-based migration approaches is strongly preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of leading cloud integration technologies such as Talend Enterprise, Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, Informatica, etc.
  • Basic familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Intermediate Java, Python, SQL, or other modern language development experience is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required
  • Project Management experience is a plus, including maintaining a prioritized worklist and understanding financial views of projects
  • Should be capable of managing the day-to-day client relationship on projects
