Benefits designs, develops, implements and delivers competitive retirement and health & welfare plans and programs. Prepares reports and facilitates associate communication related to benefits programs. Advises HR and managers on issues related to benefits. Manages annual processes like open enrollment and oversees related government filings and communications.
