Job Description:
As a Senior Aviation Maintenance Continuing Analysis and Surveillance Systems (CASS) Consultant in the Technical Operations Department, you will use your deep mechanical expertise to evaluate workmanship quality, assess safety events, and identify non-compliance issues across aircraft maintenance operations. In this role, you will provide accurate risk assessments and recommend improvements that drive safety and reliability. You will lead compliance efforts by analyzing human performance trends and ensuring adherence to federal regulations for aircraft maintenance and repair. Serving as a trusted subject matter expert to regulatory authorities, maintenance Teams, and Southwest Airlines Leadership, your work will strengthen operational integrity and enhance the safety of every flight, supporting our mission to connect people to what’s important in their lives through safe, reliable air travel.
