The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Insights plays a pivotal role in identifying, shaping, and advancing growth opportunities across the business. This role is responsible for translating complex consumer, market, and business data into clear, actionable strategies that expand brand relevance, increase market penetration, and unlock revenue potential. Operating at the intersection of consumer insights, market intelligence, and business strategy, the Senior Analyst partners cross-functionally to inform and influence brand-led growth initiatives across categories, channels, and audiences. This role requires a strong balance of analytical rigor and strategic thinking, with the ability to frame opportunities, build business cases, and guide decision-making at both brand and enterprise levels.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across culture, categories, consumers, channels, and business models

  • Synthesize consumer, market, competitive and internal performance data to uncover whitespace opportunities and define strategic implications

  • Build clear, insight-led narratives that translate analysis into strategic choices and business impact that influence brand and commercial decisions

  • Support development of business cases and strategic roadmaps to enable decision-making and execution

  • Evaluate brand stretch potential across new and existing categories and adjacencies

  • Develop fact based strategic perspectives on category entry and expansion plans including: market/competitive dynamics, size of prize, consumer demand, competitive dynamics, winning archetypes, positioning and growth ambition

  • Assess key risks (e.g. brand dilution, cannibalization, operational complexity) and define mitigation strategies

  • Contribute to the development of long-term category strategies aligned with brand positioning

  • Support cross-functional alignment and implementation of growth strategies, aligning stakeholders across brand and commercial teams

  • Lead ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape, including key players, disruptors, and emerging business models

  • Identify and synthesize cultural, consumer, and industry trends to inform strategic direction

  • Deliver forward looking market and competitive intelligence to inform leadership decision-making

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., consumer studies, digital signals, trend data) to provide a holistic view of market dynamics

  • Utilize alternative data sources (e.g., Google Trends, digital listening, web scraping) to generate timely and actionable insights for corporate strategic deliverables or consumer insights projects


What You'll Bring:

  • 3–6+ years in strategy, insights, consulting, or related analytical role

  • Proven experience working with market data, consumer research, and business performance metrics

  • Experience contributing to strategic projects with tangible business impact

  • Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Management, Economics, Finance or related field MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Advanced analytical capabilities: ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems

  • Insight generation: familiarity with modern insight tools and alternative data sources (e.g., digital analytics, trend platforms)

  • Insights synthesis: ability to integrate multiple data sources (consumer, market, competitive, internal) into cohesive narratives

  • Data-driven decision-making: ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and strategic recommendations

  • Modeling and scenario planning: experience in financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development. Ability to quantify opportunities (e.g., size of prize, ROI) and support investment decisions

  • Strong strategic thinking: the ability to connect insights to business implications and long-term value creation

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills: the ability to translate analysis into clear, compelling strategic narratives

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally

  • Proactive ownership of workstreams, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail

Pay Range:$82,500---$117,100

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
